Who we are

Stansell Consulting Group LLC (SCG) was founded by Aja Stansell, a transportation and public outreach professional with extensive experience leading equitable engagement and project coordination for high-profile infrastructure initiatives. After years of working within large consulting environments, Aja established SCG to provide a more focused, thoughtful approach to public outreach and project management—one that prioritizes equity, clarity, and accountability in transportation decision-making.

SCG was created to support transportation projects where thoughtful public outreach and engagement play a critical role in successful outcomes. Drawing on experience supporting complex corridor studies, capital programs, and system-level initiatives, SCG works with project teams to design engagement strategies that inform decisions, reflect community priorities, and support effective project delivery.
